To request a new email address from WVNET, a Library Director:

• May open a ticket through the WVNET portal or email Verne Britton directly
• Use the WVNET portal to open tickets for help with emails or any other contracted services the library has with WVNET
• If asked for affiliation use WVLC

WVNET will not make any changes to existing emails/webpages or create new ones unless the request comes directly from the Library Director or Library Board selected Interim.

To report a new Director email:

• post an update on the WVLN Slack general channel
• fill out the email update form for WVLC

To report a new ILL email:

• post an update on the WVLN Slack ILL channel
• fill out the New Library ILL contact form
