How to use Hoopla: How to download Hoopla on your phone and tablet

To get Hoopla on your iPhone or iPad:

1. Download the Hoopla app from the App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/hoopla-digital/id580643740

2. Click on sign up, and when prompted to search for a library, search for West Virginia Library Commission. This is the library you will select.

3. Enter your WVLC library card number, which should have been emailed to you shortly after you either called us or filled out the online form. If you request a card over the weekend, it will get made Monday and emailed to you then.

4. Hit enter and you're done! You can now start browsing on Hoopla and download audiobooks, e-books, movies, and more.

While registering, Hoopla will ask you for an email address. This will become your username to log into Hoopla. Then, you can set a password. You will then use this combination to log in for the future.

To get Hoopla on your Android device:

The steps are the same as the iPhone and iPad way, but you just have to download from a different app store.
