What is Hoopla?

Hoopla is a web and mobile library streaming platform that offers audiobooks, e-books, movies, music, tv shows, magazines, and comics. You can access it on your phone, tablet, computer, and TV!

You can get access to Hoopla by getting a Statewide Library card with the West Virginia Library Commission. This card is valid for Hoopla no matter where you live in West Virginia. Get a library card by calling us at 304-558-2045 or through completing this online form: https://wvlc.libwizard.com/f/StateLibraryCard
