West Virginia Center for the Book: One Book, One West Virginia

One Book One West VirginiaImagine if everyone in West Virginia read the same great book at the same time.  What kind of conversations could you have, and with who could you connect within your community?

The goal of One Book One West Virginia is just that.  It offers an opportunity for West Virginia residents to connect through the shared experience of reading the same book and then opening dialogues with one another.  Every year, the West Virginia Center for the Book designates the One Book One West Virginia title.  The title is selected based on the current Shepherd University Appalachian Heritage Writer-in-Residence.
