This is an all-in-one guide that outlines a tested results-driven planning process that has been revamped and streamlined from its earlier rendition to enable libraries to respond quickly to rapidly changing environments. Sandra Nelson has honed the planning process to focus on the essential steps necessary to draft a forward-looking plan for any public library, regardless of organizational structure or size.
West Virginia Library Commission State Library Services maintains one of the largest library studies collections in the state. Included in this collection are books, print journals, online databases and other materials. Librarians, library staffs, and students working on a MLS or Media Specialist degrees are the primary users.
