Many of the services will require you to have a Library Commission State Library Services library card.  Especially the online resources! 

Getting a library card with the library is easy:

1. Send an email to wvlcref@wv.gov with the subject line "Library Card Request."
2. Provide the following information:
   • Name
   • Valid Mailing Address
   • Current phone number
   • Valid email address
   • a 6 digit pin number
3. Or you can fill out the form below
4. The State Library Card will arrive in two- to three- business days
