Becoming a Library Card Holder

Many of the services will require you or your clientele to have a Library Commission State Library Services library card.  Especially the online resources!  Getting a library card with the library is easy:

  1. Send an email to with the subject line "State Library Card Request."
  2. Provide the following information:
    1. Name
    2. Current address
    3. Current phone number
    4. Working email address
  3.    The State Library Card will arrive in two- to three- business days.
